Project Management with Basecamp at Evoluted

As Evoluted has grown it has become harder and harder for any one person to have a handle on all the jobs that needs doing daily. Unsurprisingly this has has led to some of us running around like headless chickens towards the end of the day. Ensuring that we exceed the client’s expectations is the focus of attention at Evoluted, we pride ourselves on develivering quality solutions that clients love.

To keep exeeding expectations we needed to get ourselves organised and so we’ve started to use a project management system called Basecamp by 37signals.

The philosophy behind Basecamp is to keep everything simple, which is something it does brilliantly. If Basecamp wasn’t simple then clients would never manage to navigate around the system, let alone use it daily. Basecamp lets us communicate with clients in a structured manner, where each team member can contribute to the group development effort.

From our experience so far I can say that clients love it! They can log into the system at any time and see the current status of their project. Clients can easily find out what’s left to do, who is working on what and most importantly what they’ve got to do! I can personally recommend Basecamp to anyone out there searching for a similar solution.
